Should a mother be held responsible for her learning disabled son’s death when she left him alone with a dog she knew was aggressive and potentially dangerous–so much so that she had him bar the door to the basement where he stayed to block the dog? There was no bathroom down there, so the boy would have to deal with the dog if he had to go?
