Fred Thompson In?

Ace wonders if Thompson is a contender or flash in the pan. I vote for contender. Every candidate Republican or Democrat has serious drawbacks. In fact, most have more negatives than positives. Thompson seems to be more positive than negative–humor, easy camera manner, clear positions on issues without seeming strident, experienced and well-liked.
