As far as the Alaska secession, if anything, that will make me vote for her even more. Besides, wasn't it some time ago that some socialist nuts in Vermont wanted that state to secede? Talk about hypocritical. Cripes, I think that upstate New York (i.e. anything above the city) should secede from NYC and become a separate state. Upstate NY and NYC have nothing in common.
