		<description>If you are going to have a part IV, Please include the links to I, II, and III there as well.  They are a bit hard to find.  Also, it seems like you are concentrating on bloggers, but I would consider both Kos and HuffPost as communities.  Maybe be I just missed it, but is there an equivalent of kos on the right side?  Without communities, it&#039;s hard to have movements.</description>
