Umm, it is genocide and bigotry that is obscene here, and Hamas is still the guilty one.
Fighting guerrilla warfare is a harsh endeavor. Using cover, hiding in plain sight, using uninvolved innocents for cover – these are simple and effective tactics.
Why they are fighting is obscene. Bringing bloodshed into their own people’s neighborhoods is obscene. Deciding to kill everyone of a given country, or race, or belief, is obscene.
And I am not sure that the worst obscenity isn’t John Ging, an Irishman who is the top UN official in Gaza. Both groups are predators, both are ruthless, both seeks to destroy what isn’t theirs, and don’t care a whole lot about what is theirs. When Ging wants Israel to stop defending themselves, he sides with every victim condemned for being a victim. He supports and abets terrorism and atrocity. He rewards Hamas hiding behind children as they commit their acts of war. And the sad part is that Mr. Ging likely believes he opposes obscenity.

The movie glorifies German fantasies of vengeful Jews, when in reality, the Germans were the barbarians. One wouldn't know this watching the movie, according t…
