What We Need Is More Government Opacity

Please note the irony of Barney Frank being the chairman on this committee when it was his stupid policies that caused the bank implosion to begin with. But that’s ancient history. Today, he sits, without shame, questioning a Fed official who, without shame, thinks it better that Americans don’t know exactly which institutions have received 1.2 trillion dollars since September.
