This is why I feel black Republicans deserve extra praise. Despite enormous pressure to be part of the Democrat SameThink and HateThink, they have taken a look at the world, have seen the truth and have their own opinions. It must not be forgotten that it wasn't Democrats who championed emancipation. It was not Democrats who fought for civil rights. The GOP is a natural place to be for those who care about REAL hope and REAL change. No matter what group you ally yourself with, if you have evaluated, and more importantly, re-evaluated, your basic principles at least once in your life, you have my admiration.
