White Supremacist [UPDATED: And Anti-Christian And Antisemitic] Shoots Holocaust Memorial Guards–UPDATED

James is a Gentleman I have great admiration for. From his biography:
“James W. von Brunn holds a BachSci Journalism degree from a mid-Western university where he was president of SAE and played varsity football.
During WWII he served as PT-Boat captain, Lt. USNR, receiving a Commendation and four battle stars. For twenty years he was an advertising executive and film-producer in New York City. He is a member of Mensa, the high-IQ society.
In 1981 von Brunn attempted to place the treasonous Federal Reserve Board of Governors under legal, non-violent, citizens arrest. He was tried in a Washington, D.C. Superior Court; convicted by a Negro jury, Jew/Negro attorneys, and sentenced to prison for eleven years by a Jew judge. A Jew/Negro/White Court of Appeals denied his appeal. He served 6.5 years in federal prison. He is now an artist and author and lives on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.”When I first read his biography, I realized James Von Brunn had taken direct action to deal with the banking cartel that controls and destroys so much of our lives and somehow I had never heard of his heroic deed. How could that be? How could such an amazing deed go unremarked by the journals and books that deal with monetary systems and how we are controlled by them?

The man accused of opening fire at the Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC on June 10, James W. von Brunn, left a trail of unhinged writings around the internet.
The anti-semitism of von Brunn is the first thing one notices when visiting these bizarre websites. However, like those of most “white supremacists”, many of von Brunn’s political views track “Left” rather than “Right.” Clearly, a re-evaluation of these obsolete definitions is long overdue.
For example, he unleashed his hatred of both Presidents Bush and other “neo-conservatives” in online essays. As even some “progressives” such as the influential Adbusters magazine publicly admit, “neoconservative” is often used as a derogatory code word for “Jews”. As well, even a cursory glance at “white supremacist” writings reveals a hatred of, say, big corporations that is virtually indistinguishable from that of anti-globalization activists.
James von Brunn’s advocacy of 9/11 conspiracy theories also gives him an additional commonality with individuals on the far-left.

Sexist Leftist Of The Day: David Letterman
Wednesday, June 10th, 2009Maybe there should just be a regular post highlighting the Leftist sexist, racist, whatever is not p.c.-ist of the day here. Goodness knows the list would be filled. Today, it’s David Letterman.
David Letterman made news for spewing sexist tripe about Sarah Palin, but more than that, making jokes about Palin’s 14 year old daughter–because, you know, it’s okay to talk about statutory rape if she’s a conservative women. They’re not people!
John at Powerline says:
Malia Obama will turn fourteen during her father’s term in office. What do you think the chances are that Letterman (or anyone else) will make obscene jokes about her on network television?
Tommy Christopher says a few interesting things and I’m quoting him extensively here. He says:
Now, I need you all to stay with me here while I make a small distinction. There are some who would try to hang Letterman’s attack on “the Left.” I’ll get to “the Left” in a minute, but Letterman is no more a liberal, in the political “team sports” sense of the word, than Guy Cimbalo is. They are not conservatives, but they are also basically apolitical. Their words are owned by a popular culture that is hostile to conservatism, but also to liberal ideals (of feminism as well as others). They are a third column.
Bill Maher is a guy who straddles the line between the Left and pop culture. As a liberal, I don’t claim ownership for what he says, but there is a clear argument to be made in favor of this. When he makes “retard” jokes about Sarah Palin, which I’ve heard him do frequently, he deserves nothing but scorn from all sides.
I include them with the Left, Tommy, and for one simple reason: how they vote. They vote Democrat. Every. Single. Time. They are on the Left. Like the major media organizations, they like to pretend at “being above” or “transcending” party affiliation. Bull crap. They are Democrats. They vote Democrat. They’re the Left. And as their worship of President Obama (and in the comedians cases avoid poking fun of him altogether) demonstrates, their politics most definitely influences how they report.
On to the Left, Tommy says:

While they might not own what these entertainers say, they do have a duty to dis-own, a duty born of their desire to condemn Mel “Sugar-tits” Gibson et al, a duty that I’ve found them shirking for the most part. When Keith Olbermann launched a sexist attack on Carrie Prejean, unless I missed it, there was silence from the Left, or agreement. On the Playboy article, with the exception of HuffPo, the Left’s reaction was to excuse Playboy and smear me. Even the National Organization for Women had to be prodded into a statement, but one which they didn’t feel compelled to put anywhere on their website.
The entire world is hostile toward women, but you don’t get to lay claim to being the good guys if you don’t believe in protecting all women, especially when it’s this obvious.
Feminism is not about equality for women, it is about promoting abortion and creating a special class for Leftist women. Women on the Right, are not considered women. Period. They are considered gender traitors. There simply can be no honest disagreement. This is thought policing and fascistic thinking at it’s worst.
Remember, rape is used to shame and silence. There was little to no outrage for Playboy’s cyber-rape, and there won’t be about David Letterman by the left either because these people want Sarah Palin shamed and quiet. They want the conservative women on that list shamed and quieted.
Brace yourselves, readers, because it’s not over yet. This year has been Misogyny Mania for liberals who claim to be “pro-woman.”
No it ain’t over. It never was over. The Left uses their “isms” as a hammer to silence their opposition and employs the methods they deem offensive because their used to silence the “right” people. Hypocrites.

Gird Yer Loins, Government Run Health Care This Way Cometh

Here is my concern about the health care legislation: While people will start sifting through the details of the legislation, the most important message of all will likely get lost: With fewer employed people, with less tax revenue, America cannot afford the spending we are currently endeavoring. Adding another government program is state-icide.
In the case of health care, Americans are wise to keep the big picture. The minutia of these pieces of legislation will have some good and bad sounding ideas but it’s all irrelevant. Money must exist for these programs. And there isn’t any money.
Jim Hoft, aka Gateway Pundit, talks about government run health care and breast cancer:
Currently the United States leads the world in treating breast cancer. Women with breast cancer have a 14 percent higher survival rate in the United States than in Europe. Breast cancer mortality is 52 percent higher in Germany than in the United States, and 88 percent higher in the United Kingdom. Breast cancer mortality is also 9 percent higher in Canada than in the US. Less than 25 percent of U.S. women die from breast cancer. In Britain, it’s 46 percent; France, 35 percent; Germany, 31 percent; Canada, 28 percent; Australia, 28 percent, and New Zealand, 46 percent. The European Network of Cancer Registries reported:
Breast cancer is also the most common cancer in females in Europe. It is estimated that in the year 2000 there were 350,000 new breast cancer cases in Europe, while the number of deaths from breast cancer was estimated at 130,000. Breast cancer is responsible for 26.5 percent of all new cancer cases among women in Europe, and 17.5 percent of cancer deaths.
In Britain, where they enjoy socialized medicine, breast cancer rates have soared by more than 80 percent in the past 30 years under their system. A big reason for this is early diagnosis. Nine of 10 middle-aged American women (89 percent) have had a mammogram, compared to less than three-fourths of Canadians (72 percent). Women who develop breast cancer in Europe are four times more likely to be diagnosed when the tumor has spread and survival is less likely than are women in the US.
And finally, another American Issues writer John Beski compares Social Security at its formation and government-run health care now:
A few decades ago, some folks in the federal government decided that pretty much everybody was incapable of saving money: so incapable, in fact, that the government decided that it would force us all to save for our own retirement. So, since 1935, the government has taken some money out of each of our paychecks and saves it for us, so we won’t be poor when we retire. To be fair, a lot of people don’t save as much as they should, but some of the very basic problems inherent to the Social Security system mean that many of us may never again see the money that’s left out of our checks on pay day.
Social Security has been one of the biggest undertakings of the government in the past century, and at the present it will become insolvent and fail well before this humble writer is even close to retirement. Many of the underlying problems with Social Security would likely come up in any socialized health care system. The different circumstances of 1935 and 2009 account for much of the reason that Social Security is failing. When some politicians start crafting health care plans, they would do well to remember this fact and that they are not magical seers.
Cyber Rape: Conservative Women Have It Coming & The Hypocrisy of Feminism–UPDATED
Tuesday, June 9th, 2009My latest Pajamas Media column practically wrote itself this last weekend and could have been twice as long. The column discusses how feminists are a-ok with misogyny as long as conservative women are the recipients. It’s summed up nicely in the bumper sticker, “They’re not women! They’re Republicans!”
I’d like to add a few more examples of the Feminists willful ignorance and determination of silence in the face of injustice. India has experienced a gendercide–that is millions of female babies have been aborted because they’re female. The same thing has been happening in China where single men looking for women become scam victims. All in all, the very tool the Leftist women worship (Bonnie Erbe, “Abortion is a rite of passage”) is used against women to annihilate the “lesser” sex. Leftists will stand around and wonder, however, what happened to 100,000,000 women–that’s the gender disparity now. Don’t say it ladies. Do not say it. Don’t condemn the tool used to create this disparity. And don’t condemn the religious and cultural foundation of hate for women. Don’t do it.
You know those women being stoned in Saudi Arabia for showing ankles? Crickets. You know the women beaten, have acid thrown on them, and are beheaded for shaming a man? Not a word.
No wonder the Feminists are okay with President Obama’s hideous Cairo speech. No wonder they stay silent regarding the hypocrisy of a President Obama’s moral equivalence while he kept his wife out of Egypt and out of a burqua.
And finally, why would Feminist women condemn the cyber-rape of women they believe have it coming when they won’t even defend themselves. Cassy Fiano writes of a Dutch journalist kidnapped and repeatedly raped by Islamists in Afghanistan who then goes on to defend her attackers who “respect her”:
This is a perfect example of the problems with so many liberals today. They are so terrified to call Muslim jihadists what they are — terrorists, murderers, monsters — not because they might be physically harmed in some way, but because they might be branded intolerant. People like Joanie de Rijke don’t look at themselves as sufferers of Stockholm Syndrome, they look at themselves as righteous and intellectual and open-minded and modern. What Mrs. de Rijke, along with so many others on the left, do not understand is that we do not call Muslim thugs and murderers (like the coward who abducted and raped her) monsters or terrorists simply because they are Muslim. We call them monsters or terrorists because they are murderers, rapists, and terrorists. Unfortunately, situations like this are black and white, even though liberals love the idea of moral relativism. There are no shades of grey. Murder is murder, just like rape is rape. A rapist cannot “respect” you, and rape is not something beyond a man’s control simply because of his “high testosterone”.
Also interesting is de Rijke’s description of Gul as a religious man, yet also a hypocritical one. She, of course, is holding Gul to Judeo-Christian religious standards, not Islamic ones. The truth of the matter is, that his actions would indeed be considered hypocritical (and monstrous) by Judeo-Christian standards. By Islamic standards, they are not only not hypocritical, they are expected and acceptable. Muslims are commanded in the Koran to rape and kill infidels, and de Rijke would be considered an infidel. Of course, that little nugget of truth does not fit very neatly into her enlightened liberal worldview, so she ignores it.
So backward and insane are feminists that they will abuse themselves, abuse other women, and annihilate their own gender to serve the ideology that there is no right or wrong and that there is no one better or worse. The only sin is the sin of judgment and intolerance. And these women are willing to tolerate nearly anything except anyone who points out the limitation of their belief system.

Republicans Trusted More Than Democrats…..Now
Monday, June 8th, 2009Americans trust Republicans on 6/10 key issues according a Rassmussen poll. James Joyner says:
Now, I’m not going to get too excited about this until we see it replicated over time and across polling instruments. Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, the results of any given poll can be junk. (It’s more complicated than that but, essentially, the probability that any given poll is completely off the charts is around 5 percent. It has to do with confidence intervals and math that only Nate Silver understands.)
Still, this result isn’t fantastically unbelievable. Yes, Bush and the Republicans made a lot of mistakes. But the Dems have had the Congress now for more than two years and the White House for several months. At some point, regardless of what they’ve inherited, they own this thing.
Further, Obama, Pelosi, Geithner, and company have not exactly covered themselves in glory. The various bailout packages are looking like the fiascos many of us predicted they’d be. And performance is, in many cases, less than the worst-case scenarios Obama’s team put out.
Oh bleh.
Voters are fickle pickles. Give. Me. A. Break.
Voters ignored the Democrats ignominious record of tax and spend.
Voters ignored the Democrats history of appeasement.
Voters ignored the Democrats statist policies and desires.
Why?
Because voting for Barack Obama seemed “hopeful” and was a new “change” and voters wanted to believe he was some sort of moderate. In fact, I bet these same exact voters would rate the President as The Best President Of The World Ever if the poll included the question. Such is the disconnect with Obama and his policies.
Still, I saw the liberal guests on Hannity look and talk a little panicky at the thought of a nuclear Iran and the implications for what President Obama’s moral equivalizing really means. It’s a double-bind extraordinaire.
And now, everyone is seeing what a head of cabbage could see about the economy: Spending a gazillion dollars to save our indebted hides will be a disaster; is a disaster.
A few months late, geniuses. Voting for President Obama was the feel-good vote. Hope everyone’s self-esteem is doing well, because your pocketbooks and your freedoms will diminish every day the man is in office.

Where Is Michelle Obama’s Burqua?
Friday, June 5th, 2009For me, it wasn’t the President’s speech that interested me all that much. The translation of the speech is simple: Appease. What was interesting in Egypt was who wasn’t there. Where was Michelle?
Yesterday, we found out that she was firing staff members while the Eye of Sauron was drawn elsewhere. Not sweet, sweet Michelle!
Feeling churlish today. Anyway, because Michelle stayed home, guess what didn’t happen? This:
Yeah, because you know that in the context of President Obama’s “no one is better than anyone else” speech, it’d be strange and disrespectful, not to mention weak and lame looking to the impotent Muslim men, to not have his woman covered up.
The solution? Partay like an oil lord in Paris, baby! See you there, honey! No one will notice the hypocrisy of carting my family to Western Europe, Paris, the symbol of Western civilization on that side of the pond (forget the jet fuel), while denying the super advanced Muslim civilization being graced by my glorious wife and her dashing Burquini.
No one sees the hypocrisy because the press has their collective noggins veiled in another head covering. Perhaps it will be removed in four years, but I doubt it.
More On President Obama’s Lying
Thursday, June 4th, 2009Yesterday, I wrote about the reason why gays aren’t bothered by President Obama’s forked tongue: they know he’s lying.
So, it’s also been noted that President Barack HUSSEIN Obama has rediscovered his inner-Muslim, the part of the Obama that was racist during the campaign. Now, see, it’s convenient and helpful to be part of the Muslim brotherhood. During the campaign, dad was atheist and grandma Christian. Now? Dad and grandma were, surprise!, Muslim, but we all already knew that. Wink! Wink!
There’s a reason all the falsehoods, double-speak and mangled language work and President Obama seems a-ok with it. Bob McCarty says:

Bluntly stated, Islam permits Muslims to lie anytime that they perceive that their own well-being, or that of Islam, is threatened.
In the case of President Obama, he appears to have used the umbrella of Al-Takeyya during his presidential campaign after sensing that his own well-being — or, more specifically, that of his campaign — would be threatened by any admission that his father was a Muslim or that his paternal grandmother, Sarah Obama, is a Muslim.
Hmmmm…..how convenient.
