To make matters worse, this rude behavior is aired on national television. Representative, you owe the lady directing the question to you an apology as well as the the people of the State of Texas. Cell phones should be turned off during these meetings, especially by the person chairing or in front of an audience. If representative Jackson-Lee was expecting a call that important then she should have sent someone else to field the questions.
