Hence you (and we) should use THAT word — Health Care Transformation.

Co-opt the dialogue’s terms back. Push that word — transformation — far and wide, until it’s the one everyone is using in the town halls, etc.

One of the “if I were king for a day” – Any and All laws need to be written in UNDERSTANDABLE 10th grade English that everyone can understand. And to cut out all the extra crap – no bill can be more than 20 pages long. There isn’t ANY single issue that can’t be explained in 20 pages of NORMAL English. If there is “more” needed, then split it out and put it in it’s own bill, because 99.9% of the time it’s not related to what the bill is “suppose to be” about.

You shouldn’t need a lawyer, scholar, thesaurus and working knowledge of the Latin language to have to “figure out” what something that Congress is voting on says. It’s lawyers using lawyerspeak to keep lawyers in business.
