Ted Kennedy Died After Living A Full Life

I can’t say much nice, so I won’t say much of anything–except to acknowledge that the man lived, died, served his constituents, and was rewarded and acknowledged for that service.

Life is short. And we are all but a blink. Wealth, privilege, connections, power cannot give a person eternal life. They cannot give a person love. They cannot confer happiness. Life must be made in the moment.

P.S. Using Ted Kennedy’s death to prop up horrible legislation is disgusting. Politicizing death: it’s what Democrats do.

    No elected represented “served his constituents” who was wrong on as many issues as Sen. Kennedy, irrespective of the opinions of the people who elected him. And using Kennedy’s death to prop up horrible legislation is a fitting tribute to a man who did exactly that for the better part of the last half century.

    And yes, I’m showing absolutely no remorse whatsoever about this lowlife (or at least as much as he gave Mary Jo). This guy raped, lied, cheated (though for any politician, that’s nothing new) and murdered his way through life and he got away clean. To have him watch his family tragedies was truly poetic justice.

    When I heard the news this morning, I simply said “oh good, now he can explain a few things to Mary Jo.”

    BTW, if anyone thinks this is too harsh, please remember what the left says about dead conservatives…and I ain’t interested about takin’ no high road…This guy did untold future damage to this country.
