		<description>They can forcefully take blood?  Sure get three officers to hold me down while a fourth tries to stick a needle in my hand or arm?  Sounds like excessive force to me and lots of potential for actual injury.  Chain of evidence and sample storage also sounds like a problem.

You want a blood test instead of a breath test? Break the person&#039;s nose and take them to the hospital.</description>
