> You don’t have to agree with the progressives you can believe that after eight years of record deficit spending that the republicans would have spent less, if your that naive, and of course you believe in death panels, I do they’re called insurance companies.

1) Considering that the GOP did spend less -- far, far less -- I certainly have reason to presume that the deficits, while not getting "reduced" over what preceded, would not be at their current astronomical, nation-busting levels. It's real simple -- you prioritize your budget, then cut anything with a low priority, until you get it under control. Billions of people do it every day, because they don' have the capacity that the Fed does of reaching into other peoples' pockets and taking it by force.

2) The difference between the "insurance company" death panel and the "government" death panel is, if I can find the money, then neither I nor my doctor need pay any attention to their diktat. The same will not be true of a federal panel. Appealing to them will be like appealing to the DMV. "Next!"

> Folks your voting for the party that gave millions of dollars to the tobacco industry. The party that gave millions of dollars to oil companies, the party that believes that if left unchecked companies won’t steal you blind, and now the party that doesn’t already let you be raped in the pocketbook now want to let you just be raped.

Funny claim, considering that most tobacco gets grown in the south, and the Dems rule the South, as anyone who's lived there would know.

As far as "giving millions of dollars to the oil companies" -- yeah, right. I mean, the oil companies sooooo clearly control Congress, such that, despite years of paying companies outside the USA for oil, they can't even get a minor expansion of the ANWR. These "oil companies" that "own Congress" can't get an expansion of drilling in the Gulf of Mexico (to the point where Russian companies will now be operating out of Cuba and sucking out oil from the Gulf region that nominally belongs to the USA). These are the same "oil companies" that "own Congress" which is acting to CREATE restrictions on their ability to develop oil shales and tar sands in the USA and Canada.

In short, they're telling Congress, "We could make sooooo much money doing these things, so please, please, make us stop, and stop now!" -- for decades, no less.

In summary, your failure to grasp reality borders on the supernatural...

After yesterday how can any person in good faith vote for a republican. Maybe they should quit listening and start researching.
Yesterday the senate republicans almost in mass voted for rape. Yes they voted for rape. While they stand and give speeches on how the new health care plan will fund abortions because it doesn't say no payments for abortion even though that is already in law. These great two faced gentlemen voted against an amendment not to give any defense contractor money if they didn't allow women to go to court after being raped by putting a clause in their contract preventing it.
It's ok to play the anti democrat game the other side plays the anti republican game. You don't have to agree with the progressives you can believe that after eight years of record deficit spending that the republicans would have spent less, if your that naive, and of course you believe in death panels, I do they're called insurance companies. But those of you that call yourself Christians can answer this question " where in the Ten Commandments does it say that kill is worse than covet?
