Just sayin’. And for your pleasure, a teaser. Don’t be a hater. You hate what you don’t understand.

And a pre-review review:

And for those of you who think I’m hijacking John Hawkin’s righteous right wing rantings, consider this payback for all the ranking hot girl pieces he’s done.

Edward Cullen is teh hawt. That is all.

I read all four books, waiting for the story to get better. My daughters read them and said they were great. The girl, I can’t even remember her name, in love with the vampire, was the absolute whiniest, loathsome, creature. I was hoping he would kill her in the first book. By the end of the series I didn’t care who killed her. I would have done it myself. She was not a good role model for girls. How could wanting to kill yourself for a boy you are “in love” with be a good thing for teenage girls?

Now, the author’s book “The Host” was an interesting read.

    This makes me giddy.

Hey, what’s wrong with John linking to all those hot girl rank peices? Hot girls DO like to get ranked you know… otherwise we would have all those pageants and such…
    …just say’n.

I read all four books on the recommendation of my sister. The final book in the series, “Breaking Dawn” is excellent. Eclipse has moments… I’m TOTALLY not excited about New Moon. It was a drag. I spent the whole book wanting to slap Bella silly (and realizing that it was too late.)

Nothing, Al. My comment was a preemptive against the men whining about chick lit.

And to make the books better, there should have been more violence. Vamp on vamp. Were on vamp. Vamp on were. People caught in the middle, etc.
