Extreme Prejudice: How The Media Is Getting Worse…If That’s Even Possible

The gulf is destroyed. Where are the pictures of sick manatees you ask. Well, we haven’t seen them. Terrorists are ramping up rhetoric and action. The President decided to make public our secret ballistic missile tests. Meanwhile, he’s also unveiling, after 17 months, some kind of foreign policy plan. Questions about that? Nope, we’re talking about Rand Paul’s political fumbling and whether or not he’s a racist–underlying subtext: Republicans are racist. Subtext of subtext: All white people are racist. Still.

And that, my friends, is what passes for political commentary these days.

The media aren’t just lapdogs, they are slobbering morons walking the plank for the Democrat and Obama agenda.

Just when I think it can’t get worse or more superficial or more insane, it does. And I expect that as the Democrats see power leaching away will turn into psychotic demonizers and the press will happily carry the narrative, no matter how inane, because they love the Democrat ideology and love selling it.

The media are idea merchants and they have a story to sell. It’s not the story that anyone wants to buy, but they’re selling it anyway. And the fact is, they are VERY GOOD at their jobs. People don’t even notice the lopsided, biased coverage. They are too busy surviving.

But even with all this help, Democrats are in a precarious place and they know it.

Just to lay out the positions, so that when you see a news story you’ll have heard it before:

White people bad.

Men bad.

Everyone who disagrees with President: racist.

Teaparty: racist.

Arizona: racist.

Kentucky: racist.

Red state at all: racist.

Vote for anyone but a Democrat: racist.

Republicans stupid unless they’re way moderate in which case they’re stupid b/c they don’t just become Democrats.

Oil spill mishandling: not Obama’s fault.

Terrorism: not Obama’s fault.

Economy: not Obama’s fault.

Tennessee tonedeafness: not Obama’s fault.

Business: bad.

Government: good.

Banks: bad.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac: good.

Wall Street: bad.

Main Street: bad if they disagree with Obama, good for political purposes.

Russia, Iran, China, Venezuela, Cuba: Good.

Britain, India, France, Poland, ally: Bad.

Muslims: Good.

Christians: Bad.

Jews: Satan’s foot soldiers.

Basically everything good in the world comes from Democrats and especially his royal highness President Barack Obama. Everything bad in the world comes from anyone who disagrees with him.

Got it? Okay, the media can be subtle sometimes, so just wanted to spell it out for you.

The sad fact though is that in our public schools, misandry and incompetence are churning out cool-aid drinkers in droves.

As for Rand Paul's predicament, opposition to excessive government intrusion into the private sector can only come from two types of people:

1. unionist, bureaucrats, msm with their hands in the pie,
2. megalomaniacal atheistic anti-capitalist socialists.

No reasoned person would turn Paul's small comment about 40-year old legislation into a call for racism. No reasoned person.

Excellent essay. I think what is really really sad are the millions and millions of born-gutless-coward-whities who were born so cowardly that they cringe at even the thought of supporting their own race. These people will be the first to shoot when white people are facing the firing squad (extermination) in the not too distant future. But, little do they know, since they are white, too–they also will be facing the firing squad (extermination) eventually. There is humor in that.

I agree. If you don't like Rand Paul and his political view, then you would not understand his reluctance to endorse the CRA 100%. If you are a reasoned intelligent individual, then you would understand that government is limited by the Constitution and no matter how moral the issue, the government can do nothing without changing the Constitution and our system of freedom.

At first I thought this was some kind of satire, then I saw the comments and realized you're all just painfully oblivious. Maybe this is just a really good satire, but knowing the internet, probably not. If this is satire, though, successful troll is successful.

Let's play a thought exercise real quick. If I understand this article correctly, you're implying the mainstream media think Christians are bad and Muslims are good and they're trying to sell us on that idea. The mainstream media in this county are owned by publically-traded corporations. Why on earth would a corporation try to advance that kind of agenda in a country that is majority Christian and for the most part pretty wary of Muslims right now? That would be like me walking into a Klan rally and yelling “Kill Whitey!” Fairly counter-productive.

Also, do you have any links to back up your claim(s), or is this “original research”?

And finally, @The Teacher: really? “[B]orn-gutless-coward-whities who were born so cowardly that they cringe at even the thought of supporting their own race.” Because white people need so much support in this trying time of still being the majority in terms of number and power. It's funny, you mention white people “facing the firing squad (extermination) in the not too distant future,” and what's funny is the only people who think like that, who see a race war in the near future, are people like you: scared white racists. I live in the South and besides the constant background racism, I just don't see a race war happening. White racists are the only ones talking about a race war. The only ones. Maybe think about that a little bit.

What? This is new to me. I'll give you a little background: I got a technical diploma from a trade school in Backwater, Nowhere. In the two years I spent there, I met many “non-white minorities” who were extremely nice, polite, personable people and I met a ton of “white majorities” who absolutely hated those “non-white minorities” because they were “non-white”. All the greatest racists have been from down here in the South. For a while we still had cemeteries that were whites-only. That is a zest for racial “purity” unseen since Hitler's Germany.

Now, a more general question before I dig into your loosely-collected word-vomit: where the hell did you come up with affirmative action? I never mentioned it once, but you spent almost your entire post talking about it. That is the damnedest thing.

I'm going to go ahead and venture not only that, but that they're also not hyper-sensitive to the comings and goings of white people at large. This is their job to them.

The rest is inane mumblings and disjoint narrative on the plight of Whitey in these dark, dark days (see what I did there?). Also, no one has addressed my main contention: the corporations that own the news media in this country rely on the citizens of this country for their revenue (someone has to watch all those commercials). Knowing this, why would these corporations then try to advance an agenda that runs so counter to some of the most deeply-held beliefs of most of their viewers? Someone please answer that.
